The Glee Season 2 is confirmed to have a total of 22 episodes which will start on September 21. The season will initially air in the 8 pm (ET) time slot on Tuesdays, then move to the 9 pm (ET) time slot on Wednesdays after a special episode following the 2011 Super Bowl. In the second season opener, some new faces challenge old ones in Glee club auditions. We can expect new and old relationships leave some happy and others alone.

As reported, Oprah’s protégée and the YouTube singing sensation Charice will join the Glee Club as an exchange student who will challenge the diva status of Rachel (Lea Michele). It is also expected to have a Britney Spears episode on this season. Glee Season 2 is also expected to have another Madonna episode and the creator Ryan Murphy already let it slip that Susan Boyle might be appearing on show. We have also to watch for new love interest for Kurt and Mercedes.

There will be new characters, new challenge and all new show stopping performances. I can’t seem to wait to watch Glee Season 2 online.
