Love sucks! That’s my favorite tagline from my favorite vampire-themed TV series. Ever since its pilot episode way back in October last year, the Vampires from Vampire Diaries had bitten me hard and I was hooked into it. Vampire Diaries is a supernatural-fantasy horror TV which a mixed teen drama and the supernatural perfectly.

More secrets will be revealed from the history of the famous Salvatore family as the Vampire Diaries will air the Vampire Diaries Season 1 Episode 13: Children of the Damned on CW at 8/7c this coming Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 8/7c time slot.

On this episode, a flashback will show Stefan and Damon recall the long-ago actions taken by townspeople including their father, Guiseppe Salvatore, and Pearl, leading to the devastating events that caused the rift in their relationship. In the present, Bonnie’s date with Ben takes into a frightening turn. Elena helps Stefan as he and Damon race to locate the missing journal that owned by Elena’s ancestor. Stefan learns the reason behind Alaric’s interest in both the journal and the town’s history.

Meanwhile, Damon discovers that an old acquaintance has returned to town with an agenda he understands.
Vampire Diaries Season 1 Episode 13: Children of the Damned is directed by Marcos Siega and written by Kevin Williamson & Julie Plec. Guest starring on this episode are James Remar as Giuseppe Salvatore, Kelly Hu as Pearl and Sean Faris as Ben.
